Access control is a solution in network security which help to protect from attack and to  control the authorise  users who can access resource/services in your network. It is to maintain the security by controlling who can access the resource of the organisation or via network.

What are access control models?

Access control model are  Phishing attacks can be in the communication form of the fraudulent email, text message, Phone Call, Websites which looks like as an actual source of information. These form or information are designed for the user into downloading malware, sharing sensitive information or personal data.

There are 4 types of access control models :-

  • Discretionary access control (DAC)
  • Mandatory Access Control (MAC)
  • Role-based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Rule-based access control (RuBAC)
